FounderJill Garrett began her wellness journey in 2008 when she decided to take charge of her health. She took a deep dive into wellness and nutrition and cured her so-called “genetic” health problems with food and exercise.
Ever since she has been passionate about helping others with lifestyle change. Jill is a certified yoga teacher, a certified trauma based yoga teacher, and a certified breathwork teacher. Jill loves making people feel good through movement and breath. Jill believes self-kindness, gratefulness, contentment, and being goofy are the keys to life.
